Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Norelisse and purchases made from KAELEN ROVE LTD. By using the store or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

1. Store and eligibility

Norelisse offers women’s and men’s clothing, beauty and personal-care products, and home-and-living items. You must be able to enter a binding contract under the law that applies to you and must provide accurate information when ordering.

2. Product information

We aim to describe products, variations, materials, dimensions, included items and care information clearly. Screen settings and production batches can cause reasonable colour or appearance differences. Images may show styling props that are not included; the product description and selected variant determine the order contents. We may correct typographical errors or update information when needed.

3. Prices and availability

Prices, promotions, inventory and currency display may change before an order is accepted. Applicable delivery charges, discounts and taxes are shown during checkout where the system can determine them. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve stock.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order submission is an offer to buy. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may reject or cancel an order for unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, prohibited resale activity or information that cannot be verified. If we cancel after receiving cleared funds, the affected amount will be refunded to the original method.

5. Payment

Only methods displayed at the live checkout are accepted. Payment information is processed by payment-service providers. Currency conversion or issuer charges may apply according to the customer’s provider. See Payment Options for the currently verified checkout presentation.

6. Delivery, cancellation and returns

Processing, delivery services, tracking and customs information are described in our Shipping Policy. Eligibility, hygiene limits, authorisation steps, cancellations and refunds are described in Returns & Refunds. Those policies form part of these terms.

7. Responsible product use

Follow the product instructions, warnings, care labels and intended use. Stop using a beauty, grooming or personal-care item if irritation or discomfort occurs and seek appropriate professional advice when needed. Product descriptions do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment advice. Keep tools and household items away from children where their design or instructions require it.

8. Acceptable site use

You must not misuse the store, interfere with security, introduce harmful code, scrape or copy content at unreasonable scale, impersonate another person, submit false payment or delivery information, infringe rights, use the service unlawfully or attempt to obtain unauthorised access. We may restrict access or cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary.

9. Intellectual property

Store design, original text, graphics, logos, photographs and other protected material are owned by or licensed to KAELEN ROVE LTD. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the store for personal shopping. Third-party product names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Third-party services and links

The store relies on third parties for commerce technology, payment, delivery, analytics and certain links. Their separate terms may apply to their services. We are not responsible for an unrelated third-party site merely because a link is available.

11. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise protected by mandatory consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by customer misuse, or disruption outside our reasonable control. Business customers must contact us before relying on products for commercial or critical applications.

12. Changes and severability

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the store, providers or law. The version posted when an order is submitted applies to that order unless a mandatory rule requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protection or local forum rights available to a consumer. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
