Messages are reviewed on business days. Complex delivery investigations, return inspections or requests involving a service provider can require additional time, but we will acknowledge the request and explain what is needed.

What to include

• Your order reference, if the question relates to a purchase.
• The email address used at checkout.
• The product name or page link.
• A concise description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking.
• Clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label when reporting damage, a defect or an incorrect item.

Do not send passwords, one-time security codes or complete payment-card details. Norelisse does not need that information to assist you.

Order changes and returns

Contact us as soon as possible if an address or order detail is wrong. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins. For a return, wait for authorisation and the correct return instructions; the registered office below is not a return centre.
