Payment Options

Norelisse displays the payment methods that are available for the specific order at checkout. The checkout screen—not decorative icons elsewhere—is the authoritative list.

Availability can vary by destination, currency, device, order value or provider rules. If a method is not displayed for the live order, it cannot be selected for that checkout.

How payment is handled

Payment credentials are entered into secure fields operated by payment-service providers. Norelisse receives the payment result and limited transaction details needed to manage the order; ordinary store records do not include complete card credentials.

Currency and conversion

The order total and checkout currency are shown before payment. A card issuer or wallet provider may apply its own exchange rate, cross-border fee or authorisation hold. Those provider charges are separate from the amount shown by Norelisse.

If payment does not complete

• Confirm the billing details match the payment account.
• Check that sufficient funds and online or cross-border purchasing are enabled.
• Try an alternative method only if it appears at checkout.
• Avoid repeatedly resubmitting while an authorisation is pending.
• If the issue continues, contact the payment provider first, then email support@presiy.com with the order reference and error message.

Never email a password, verification code or complete card details. Norelisse will not request them by email.
